The Persona 5 Scramble digital deluxe edition includes a digital artbook, behind the scenes videos of the game’s making, and a special Persona legacy soundtrack with music from:

Persona and its PSP remake Persona 2: Innocent Sin and Persona 2: Eternal Punishment Persona 3 and Persona 3 Portable Persona 4 and Persona 4 Golden

So far, the only additional bonuses for those picking up the physical edition include a Joker pin from GameStop and a steelbook from Best Buy, but only for the Switch version.

Persona 5 Scramble follows the events of Persona 5, as the Phantom Thieves set out on a road trip across Japan. At least, that’s the plan. But new character Zenkichi Hasegawa ropes the Thieves into investigating a series of phenomena on threat of arresting Joker if they refuse.

In place of Persona’s traditional turn-based combat, Persona 5 Scramble revolves around musou-style combat, with gameplay similar to Hyrule Warriors. From what we were able to play when the game’s demo released earlier in 2020, it’s an absolute blast.

Despite changing gameplay styles, social links still exist in Persona 5 Scramble, and the Thieves will return to some of their old haunts, such as Leblanc Cafe, as well.

It’s worth noting Persona 5 Scramble is a sequel to the original Persona 5. Since Atlus developed Scramble concurrently with Persona 5 Royal, it has no tie-ins with the latter’s additional story content.
